We have office hours Monday through Friday, beginning as early as 7:00 a.m. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. Please contact your insurance carrier prior to your appointment to confirm we participate with your plan.
We do not accept Medicaid, or other state affiliated plans.
We respect our patients by not double booking their time slots, which enables our office to operate on time. Thus, we request at least twenty-four hours notice if you can not keep an appointment.
Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of your visit, we also need you to present your insurance card and license. We accept only cash or checks.
We welcome new patients beginning at age eighteen.
